Our first wine, a crisp, balanced Assyrtiko, marks the beginning of our journey. Carefully crafted from hand-selected grapes, it offers vibrant citrus aromas, minerality, and refreshing acidity. Perfect pairings: Seafood, aged cheeses, and poultry.
