Our journey began with the creation of the Wine Donkey Assyrtiko, a wine made to embody the essence of the Peloponnese terroir. With carefully selected grapes we ensured that only the finest fruit would make it to the winery, and with vinification in stainless steel tanks we preserved its vibrant character and allowed the complexity of the variety to shine through fermentation . Every detail, from vineyard to bottle, was meticulously overseen to create a wine that carries the clarity of its fruit and the quiet power of its origin.
You don’t need to be a wine expert to enjoy a good bottle, just curiosity and a glass. We’re not here to impress with fancy terms or overcomplicated techniques. We’re here for the good conversations, the dinner parties, the unplanned nights that turn into something memorable.
